Changing a logo at a well-established nonprofit took a whole lot of convincing! A year and a half of convincing, actually. I created multiple presentations to educate the staff and board about how important it was to redesign the logo. From all of this work and learning, I created a Skillshare Class on how to make change in a big company when change is tough!
